We take the security of your documents very seriously:
- Encrypted Vault: Any documents (such as transcripts and IDs) you upload are stored in an encrypted private vault utilizing short-lived access links to ensure maximum security.
- Data Deletion Rule: We do not hold onto your sensitive application files indefinitely. All files uploaded to your private vault are automatically deleted 30 days after your admission process is complete.
- General Retention: We retain your account information and communications only for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services, comply with our legal obligations, or resolve disputes.
