ClickMyUni is a student recruitment agency and aggregator headquartered in Singapore. We provide a free platform for students to search for international university programs, compare tuition, estimate academic fit, track applications, securely store documents, and communicate with our counselors.
2. User Accounts and Responsibilities
To access certain features of the Platform (such as shortlisting programs, tracking applications, and using the document vault), you must register for a free account.
- Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and when building your academic profile (e.g., GPA, English scores).
- Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
- Authenticity of Documents: You guarantee that all documents (transcripts, IDs, etc.) uploaded to our platform are genuine and unmodified. Submitting fraudulent documents may result in immediate account termination and notification to the respective universities.
3. Platform Limitations and Disclaimers
We strive to provide accurate and transparent information to help you navigate international admissions; however, you acknowledge the following:
- Information Source: Program details, tuition fees, duration, and intakes are compiled from public university pages. While we work to keep this data current, universities may change their requirements, fees, or deadlines at any time. You must always confirm details directly with official university sources.
- Fit Estimates are Not Guarantees: The “fit band” (Strong, Good, Reach) is an automated estimate based on comparing your stated profile against public minimum requirements. It is provided for guidance only. The final admission decision always rests solely with the university.
- Visas and Post-Study Work: Any information regarding visas, immigration rules, and post-study work routes (e.g., UK Graduate Route, US OPT) is for general guidance. Immigration laws change frequently, and you are responsible for verifying your eligibility with official government immigration authorities.
4. Document Vault
We provide a private, encrypted vault for your application documents.
- Temporary Storage: The vault is designed for application processing. As stated in our Privacy Policy, documents will be automatically deleted 30 days after your admission process is complete.
- Backup: While we use high-security standards, we recommend that you keep backup copies of all original documents. We are not liable for any data loss.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use the Platform to:
- Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
- Submit forged, altered, or fraudulent academic documents or identification.
- Engage in unauthorized scraping, data mining, or extracting of data from our catalogue.
- Interfere with or disrupt the security, integrity, or performance of the Platform.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, ClickMyUni, its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Platform. This includes, but is not limited to, rejected university applications, denied visas, lost data, or financial losses. The Platform and services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.
9. Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the "Effective Date" and posting a notice on the Platform or sending you an email. Your continued use of the Platform after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
